What prompted you to get involved in roller derby?
My daughter suggested to me that I should try roller derby and I love competitive sports.
What's the most rewarding aspect of playing the game?
The most rewarding aspect of the game for me is the bond that is made with your team.
What's one thing you can't leave the house without?
Can't leave the house without my skates.
Do you have any pre-game rituals?
The night before I watch “Whip It” and on the way to the game I listen to hardcore gangsta rap.
A big misconception is that all derby players are "tough broads" and not at all feminine. What would you tell them?
Roller derby girls are tough broads, but we are all feminine in our day to day lives.
What position are you most comfortable playing?
I love to play pivot because it's natural for me to give offense.
