How did you come up with your derby name?

I got my derby name from someone very special to me, my boyfriend. His name when he did breakdancing/popping was fatalstyle. I took the fatal part and made mine into fatal crush. 

Do you have a favorite derby memory?

My most favorite derby memory was at last season's award ceremony. I was given the award for best offensive player by my team. 

A big misconception is that all derby players are "tough broads" and not at all feminine. What would you tell them?

We are tough!!! I personally have a feminine side as well, it's just certain aspects of derby have made me stronger and more confident. 

Playing any sport is a huge commitment. How do you juggle that along with your life outside of derby?

Juggling derby and my life takes planning. It can be stressful at times but I somehow usually make it work. 

If you could go back and talk to yourself as a newbie skater, what advice would you give her?

Not to be scared!!!
